There’s a sacred power that pulses through the forests of Lithuania—an untamed, unapologetic energy that roams freely. This energy is Medeina, the Lithuanian goddess of the forest. She embodies wildness, strength and the kind of leadership that doesn’t fit into neat boring little boxes. And then, there’s the wolf—another creature of primal beauty and fierce power. Together, they are the perfect symbol of the leadership that women are destined to embody. So the question is: Are you ready to step into your own wild, untamable leadership?

I’m talking about the kind of leadership that’s raw, unapologetic and deeply connected to the essence of who you are. And why am I bringing this up right now? Well, because it’s exactly what The Wild Medeina stands for. My empowerment coaching community, The Wild Medeina, is built on this very idea—reclaiming your wild feminine power, your instinctual wisdom and your leadership. And as a Lithuanian woman myself, the magic of Medeina speaks to me in a way that’s both personal and powerful. This isn’t just some myth; it’s our (Lithuanian) heritage, our truth, calling us back to something bigger, wilder and far more potent than we’ve been conditioned to believe.

Medeina: The Wild Goddess of the Forest

Medeina isn’t your average goddess. She’s not here to fit in or play by anyone else’s rules. No, she’s here to show you how to lead with untamed power, to claim your space and to honour your deep connection to the natural world. In Lithuanian mythology, Medeina isn’t just the protector of the forest—she is the forest. She is the quiet strength of the trees, the rustle of the leaves, the fierce heartbeat of nature. She is the embodiment of the wild, of the primal force that doesn’t bow to anyone.

This is the kind of leadership we NEED right now. Leadership that doesn’t follow a script but instead dances to its own rhythm, rooted in wisdom, intuition and untapped power. So I invite you to ask yourself—how much of that wild, unapologetic energy are you allowing yourself to embody on a daily/weekly basis?

The Wolf: The Ultimate Symbol of Wild Leadership

Now let’s talk about the wolf. Why are wolves such powerful symbols of leadership? Simple—they are instinctual, resilient and wise. Wolves are all about strength in their individuality, yet they thrive in packs—they know the power of community. Their sharp instincts and the wisdom of the wild guide them in every decision. And just like Medeina, they aren’t afraid to lead. They don’t wait for permission. They don’t fit in. They lead with AUTHENTICITY and raw power.

Women today—especially women who are ready to lead (let’s face it, this energy is in every woman but it might me dormant in some)—need to channel that same wolf energy. It’s time to stop shrinking yourself to fit into a mould that wasn’t created for you. The world doesn’t need another quiet, compliant leader. The world needs a woman who knows exactly who she is, who is in tune with her instincts and who isn’t afraid to tear down the walls that society has tried to build around her.

The Wild Feminine Leadership: Courage, Wisdom and Intuition

So here’s the thing: Leadership isn’t about playing small. It’s about stepping into your FULL power—the power that comes when you reconnect with your wild, primal self. That’s where courage, wisdom and intuition meet.

When you embrace your wildness, you stop apologizing for being loud, bold and ambitious. You stop dimming your light to make others feel comfortable. You lead from a place of heart & wisdom —just like Medeina, just like the wolf. You trust your gut, your instincts, your heart and your body to guide you. You don’t ask for permission. You CLAIM it. You TAKE UP SPACE because the world desperately needs women who are unapologetically themselves.

This is the kind of leadership that’s rooted in the truth of who we are and in the power that comes from embracing the wild.

Answering the Call: Women as Leaders in the Modern World

The call is here, sister. It’s coming from Medeina, from the wolves and from the wildness that lives inside every woman. It’s time to stop hiding, stop shrinking, stop pretending that your voice doesn’t matter. The world needs the real, untamed YOU.

If you’re ready to rise—if you’re ready to reclaim your wild and step into your true leadership—this is your moment. The forest is calling. The wolves are howling. It’s time to answer!!

Now, go out there and ROAR. You’re not meant to shrink. You’re not meant to be silent. You are wild. You are powerful. And the world is waiting for the full, unapologetic force of your leadership!
